If you can’t find your distributor please contact us, Asoni would try to fix the problem on-line and confirm the necessity of returning the RMA goods.
When you receive an email with Asoni application form and FAE/RMA numbers, please take the following steps to complete the RMA application process.
1. Fill out the application form completely and require the FAE/RMA numbers issued by Asoni.
Notice: We don’t accept any return goods without prior notification.
2. Double check the "Model No.", and "MAC No." of RMA goods.
3. Please notify Asoni in advance for RMA goods return shipment, and include the FAE/RMA Application Form together with the returned goods. |
