Live view will show multi channel display 2x2

It seems like something wrong with some settings, please try to load factory and resotre the settings. Please check How to load factory default in Trouble shooting page or refer to user manual for detail steps.

I've always encountered the "ActiveX web-plugin" issue while viewing image / video via browsers.

For the ActiveX web-plugin issue, there’s something we need to declare first.

By the previous conclusion from development-engineer , our products only support the ActiveX under Internet Explorer currently.

For the Chrome / Firefox browser, they are not supported.

This is due to that there are still some compatibility problem of software kernel code (instructions or command ) not been properly solved yet.

And ,please also note that most of time our development face annoying trouble & difficult on processing kernel code ,because those browsers are often altered and release new-version update.

All common browsers are designed and come with this characteristic natively. ( Such as Google® Chrome® 、Mozilla® Firefox®、Microsoft® Internet Explorer® )

So the web-plugin within them are always not able to install well onto PC.

we feel very sorry for this result !

Although our development have struggled for solution quite a while . But we still can’t make sure when would solve the problem either.

At present please consider to use the Internet Explorer as your default browser while getting live-view for NVR & IPCAM.

When the object is moving, the video is blur not clear

Please adjust the video settings to normal and set brightness to -1. It will increase shutter speed and show the live video clearer.

Live view show connection fail and connection full

Maybe there was something wrong with settings, please try to load factory default and restore the settings. Please check How to load factory default in Trouble shooting page or refer to user manual for detail steps.

The motion trigger events it can't work

The moving object larger than the 50% of the Motion Detection Area, it will be detected, and the Motion Detection is triggered. Hence, you can try to modify the motion detection area for desired event trigger effects.

Motions are detected, but it does not trigger Email (IP Camera_CAM6 Series).

1. Make sure "Sender's Mail" and "Receiver's Mail" are not blocked by Mail Server or security firewall.

2. If "Record File Format" is set with *.AVI, each file size will up to 2MB.

* Make sure it is not blocked by Mail Server or firewall.

3. Mail Server does not support WEB(IE) interface for Yahoo free accounts:

*Yahoo paid account (with POP3/ SMTP) that is supported.

4. Mail Server does not support SSL, for instance Gmail.

＊H.264 B series start to support SSL.

5. If test in LAN; however, the mail server is built in WAN. Make sure that the IP Device/IP Address can access the Internet.

* Form example, firewall sets up 192.168.1.XXX that can access the Internet.

*IP Device IP Address: 192.168.1.200

*IP Device Gateway: 192.168.1.1

*PC IP Address: 192.168.1.XXX

6. DNS setting "IP Camera Setting" must use follow local ISP settings(All countries are having different DNS).

7. Router must make port mapping for mail port.

*Default Port is port 25

8. Motion Mail triggered Steps︰

(1). Event Setting︰Set up "Motion Detection Area" , Enable "Area 1, 2, or 3' ,and Enable "E-mail".

(2). Mail Setting︰Make sure information is correct. After finish the setup,the user can click "Apply" and "Test" to confirm Mail Setting is correct (If the test is successful, it will dispaly "Test OK!", and send out a mail titled with "Mail Test").
